Hello everyone!
This is a personal project that I did to study the pipeline of 3d scans by myself at home, I really enjoy the process, and was fun and excited to understand the main steps to create digital doubles with a realistic texture. For this model, I used one single DSLR camera (Canon 70D) with some improvised lights and asked my wife to relax hahaha, after taking several shots I worked on some post-production adjustments using photoshop and Lightroom then I used the Agisoft meta shape to create the mesh from the pictures data.

The result was messy, with a lot of noise in the mesh, and some details were gone, because of the calibration of the camera and the noise of the images, but I didn't give up and I re-sculpted all details, making sure the proportions were right and the forms are correct. Watch the video below to see the result.
I used the Zbrush to clean up my mesh removing the noise aspect, I used the wrap tool to retopology, then I start blocking the hairstyle that I was planning to create with xgen.

To start my texture process I used the wrap tools to project XYZ maps. To create a base for my texture is projected more images textures, to create the final maps (displacement, etc) I used Mari.

This is just a test of skin with makeup, in this case, I didn't create a separate map for the makeup, was just a sketch, for the rendering tests I used Arnold render in Maya.

Conclusion
As a self-taught artist, passing for all the main steps of this pipeline was really amazing, I'm a curious person and I love to learn new pipelines to improve my projects in this multidisciplinary that is 3D, I'm excited to create digital double also in real-time, using the unreal engine, creating hybrid textures that can be used in the usual renders and also in real-time. The animation of blend shapes using ai intelligence is also really exciting, and I will post my research and discoveries here. Thank you!
